Holly Nichols has worked for the St. Vincent DePaul Mission of Waterbury, Inc. for over 20 years. Holly serves as the Program Director of Casa De Rosa, a licensed residential rehabilitation program in Waterbury, CT. As the manager, Holly oversees the daily operations of the program, including staff supervision, ensuring standards, and overseeing all client activities, documentation, and progress.

Holly is a graduate of both Naugatuck Valley Community College and Southern Connecticut State University where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Sociology. During her tenure with the St. Vincent DePaul Mission, she has engaged in multiple trainings, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Dual Diagnosis, Mental Health Rehabilitation, Sexual Harassment, Cultural Competence, Safety Strategies, and Motivational Interviewing.

Holly thoroughly enjoys working with the clients we serve and watching them grow during their recovery process and transition into more independent living situations.
